costa rica

Affordable
To live in Costa Rica is very affordable and very rewarding. For approximately $2,000/month, you will be able to live a lifestyle that is unimaginable for most Americans and Europeans, including maid, chef, nanny, etc. Your property taxes are only 0.25% of the value per year. In other words, for every $100,000 your property is worth, your property taxes will be $250/year

The water is safe to drink throughout most of the country and given the year-round temperate weather (average 83F/27C), all types of fruits and vegetables are grown throughout the year. When you own land in one of our developments, feel free to plant a mango tree, a papaya tree (attracts toucans) or an almond tree (attracts scarlet macaws).

Activities
Beaches, fishing, hiking, spas, horseback riding, etc. Imagine being in Eden, with all of the modern conveniences of today (satellite TV, internet, etc).

Healthcare
Costa Rica offers some of the world’s best and inexpensive healthcare. In fact, over 14% of all visitors to Costa Rica have some form of medical procedure done during their stay in the country. For example, a full set of braces for teeth costs approximately $500 ($25/month) compared to approximately $5,000 in the United States.

The life expectancy in Costa Rica is greater than that found in the United States and Canada.
